Game Day Information

TICKETS & PASSES:

All spectator tickets at Oviedo High School & SCPS Schools must be purchased at GoFan. All tickets must be purchased through GoFan and redeemed electronically on your smart phone at the gate. Cash will not be accepted at the gate.

Tickets for Varsity Football are $10 and for all other contests are $10 for Adults & $5 for Students.

For all Varsity contests, the ticket gate will open one hour before the scheduled start time. For sub-Varsity contests, the ticket gate will open 45-minutes before the scheduled start time.

The only pass accepted at regular season contests is an SCPS Employee ID which admits the employee only. For post-season contests, the only pass accepted is the FHSAA State Series pass.

 

PARKING FOR VARSITY FOOTBALL GAMES: 

All vehicles must enter from Pine Street or Noth Lake Jessup Drive – no entry will be allowed through the main entrance of the school from 426. Please reference our spectator parking map for Varsity Football here

  • $5 Paid Parking: Available in the front parking lot on the west side of the stadium. To access this lot, turn onto Pine Street from 426 (across from Dollar General) and enter through the side entrance to the lot.
  • Free Parking Options:
    • Back Lot (by RWL Gymnasium): Turn onto Pine Street from 426 (across from Dollar General) and follow the road alongside campus. Turn right into the lot by the Gymnasium.
    • Bus Ramp Lot: Enter from North Lake Jessup Drive, turn onto King Street, then right onto the bus ramp.

 

PARKING FOR OTHER EVENTS: 

Parking for all other events on campus is free unless otherwise noted. 

 

SCPS SAFETY MEASURES AT VARSITY FOOTBALL GAMES: 
Seminole County Public Schools will use the OPENGATE Screening System at Varsity Football games to ensure a safe environment for athletes and guests. All bags and individuals entering the stadium are subject to search and screening. Guests have the right to decline the search and screening; however, those who decline will not be permitted entry.

SCPS GUEST PROTOCOLS AND PROHIBITED ITEMS:

To maintain a safe and enjoyable experience, all spectators must adhere to the following guidelines:

SCPS BAG PROTOCOL FOR VARSITY FOOTBALL GAMES:

  • Backpacks & bags are not permitted with the exception of a small clutch that is no larger than 4.5″ x 6.5″
  • Attendees with medically necessary items may bring bags that do not comply with the SCPS Bag Protocol, but all items are subject to search at the designated gates.
  • Guests who bring items that do not meet the SCPS Bag Protocol will be asked to return the items to their car before entering the athletic facility.
  • All bags, items, and individuals are subject to search.

PROHIBITED ITEMS AT ALL EVENTS:

  • Coolers, cups, food, beverages subject to approval
  • Drugs, alcohol, vapes, or tobacco products
  • Weapons, fireworks, or explosive devices
  • Projectiles (e.g., footballs, frisbees, inflatable balls)
  • Artificial noisemakers
  • Scooters, bicycles, roller skates, skateboards
  • Inappropriate attire or signage
  • Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Canopy tents
  • Pets

ADDITIONAL EVENT PROCEDURES:

  • No re-entry will be allowed once you exit the venue.
  • No admission will be granted after the third quarter of the football game or equivalent time frame for other contests.  
  • Disruptive or unruly behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

 

VISITOR SEATING INFORMATION

Seating is located on the east side of the stadium for all visitors and band members. Restrooms and concessions are available on the southwest side of the stadium and are easily accessible via the track.

Visiting students and spectators will be monitored by Oviedo High School and the Oviedo Police Department. The visiting students should refrain from entering the Oviedo High School home side unless accompanied by a parent, guardian, or administrator. Any incidents should be reported to school staff or uniformed officers.

 

HAZARDOUS WEATHER

Weather conditions will be monitored by Oviedo High School administrators, athletic trainers, and coaches. If lightning is detected within 10 miles, all participants must leave the field immediately. Visiting teams will be directed to the Commons, while the visiting band and cheer team will be directed to the auditorium. Spectators should return to their vehicles or the PE Gymnasium under supervision by Oviedo High School staff.
